This is because student sleep late at night . The next morning student have class and forced to get up and go to school or college or university . Student always accidentally fall sleep in class . If unluckily , will catch by teacher . Sometime student will scold by teacher or get punishment . Besides , boring subject such as history will cause student to fall sleep in class .

There are few methods that can overcome fall sleep in class problem . Firstly , get a good night sleep the night before . This will allow you to be more attentive in class . For sleepers , they requires around seven to nine hours a day to get enough sleep for them . Moreover , extra preparation of that particular subject before enter the class .
